Doug Selzer is the Sales Leader of Ebby Halliday Realtors’ Lakewood | Lake Highlands Office. A Dallas native and Lake Highlands resident, Doug joined the Ebby Halliday family in 2012. He quickly earned a reputation as a top
producing agent and office mentor before assuming the Sales Leader role in
2021.
Doug is an active member of the East Dallas community, has served in
various leadership roles for MetroTex Association of Realtors, and serves
as an instructor for Ebby’s Education Department. Prior to real estate,
Doug had an extensive background in senior management and leadership within
the banking and financial services sectors.
